1. Right and Use:
❏ Artist owns exclusive copyrights of the artworks including:
⤷ Claiming the commissioned piece as their own work.
⤷ Displaying the commissioned work in portfolios, websites, social media platforms, etc.❏ Commissions done are for personal, non-promotional use only, Clients and other parties may not:
⤷ Claim the commissioned artwork as their own work.
⤷ Use the artwork on commercial purposes, V-Tuber streaming assets such as schedule thumbnail, etc.
⤷ Use the artwork for any sort of block-chain related technology, such as AI or NFT.and the clients may:
⤷ Use the artwork for personal usage only, such as profile picture, trace it for personal study, etc.
⤷ Print the artwork for personal usage
⤷ Post the artwork on public/personal account as long as the artwork has watermark that provided to you or your own watermark. or better to tag me :32. Agreement
❏ The artworks are rendered by my artstyle, please do not ask me to imitate other artist's style.
❏ I have the right to refused the commission.
❏ No Deadline (busy on weekdays)
⤷ Estimated work around 2 weeks - 1.5 month (if there's a delays, i will immediately messaging you)3. Pricing & Payments
❏ All prices listed are meant for Personal Use only.
❏ Payments are in USD via Paypal only or IDR via Local (MANDIRI/QRIS).
❏ Upfront Payment right after the rough sketch is done. Upfont Payment is 60% of the listed price. (any additional prices are excluded).
⤷ Invoice will be sent after I accept your commission reference.
❏ Please do complete the Full Payment when the artwork is 20% rendered (base color + simple shade).
⤷ I'll start render when I already received the full payment.
⤷ I will cancel the project if payment is not received within 72 hours upon confirmations.
❏ Progress will be handed through DM.
❏ No refunds allowed.4. Results
❏ You will get:
⤷ A high resolution PNG of the final artwork.
⤷ Multiply final of artwork, such as transparent background version, solid background version, and the original order.
❏ I will send the finished artwork via Google Drive/Customer Email5. Workflow
❏ DM me on X/Tiktok/Discrod.
⤷ Please mention me right after DM incase i missed the notifications.
❏ Send me the reference.
⤷Please provide me a proper and detailed reference (can be gdrive/jpeg/gdreferenceoc, etc).
❏ Start Sketching when things are clear.
❏ Upfront payment (if there's no revision).
❏ Start Render (after full payment)
❏ Revision can be only done for 3x at sketch and 2x at render. After that, it will be charged.
❏ Done render, full payment and i will send the finished work both with and without watermark.
